1. To complete the E-Verify integration, begin by logging into your I-9 System and your E-Verify account.
Please refer to THIS before beginning this process if you need to confirm that your E-Verify account is already Web Services enabled.
2. After logging into your I-9 System account, please go to the E-Verify integration page by going to the Settings Screen and clicking E-Verify in the left menu.
3. Begin plugging in the required information into the System. Each screenshot will show you where to find the information within your E-Verify account.

4. Web Services Credentials: Please use the screenshots below to see where inside of your E-Verify account to find your Web Services username and plug it into the field.
Start by clicking on your name in the top right corner, click “Company Account”, and then “Manage Users”.
Once on the Manage Users page, click on your Web Services username. Please be sure to select the username assigned to your name and ensure it has “Web Services Access” as the User Role status
After clicking on your Web Services username, copy and paste the user ID into the Web Services username field within the System.
The final step is updating your Web Services password in E-Verify and adding it into the System. Start by scrolling to the bottom of your Web Services User Information page, and click Change Password.
5. After updating your Web Services password, add the same password to the Web Services password field within the System and click Submit. Please click Submit only once. A blue banner will appear at the top of the page confirming the E-Verify info has been updated.
Note: To prevent future issues, remember that E-Verify requires periodic password updates for security purposes. Make a note of your password expiration date and update it proactively to avoid disruptions.
6. After completing all steps, email our team to confirm the integration is completed. We will run a test and confirm it is working properly.
